Primary engineering talent base: senior engineers (G6+) staffing embedded squads, project delivery, and managed-services rotations across all 8 practices.
U.S. shift overlap: at least 4 hours of business-day overlap with U.S. clients via early-morning PKT shifts; full-shift U.S. hours for engagements that require it.
Hiring market: senior-only intake from the regional engineering market with explicit selectivity. G6 minimum on client work; junior intake is a separate trainee program off the client bench.
Sister hiring market: Islamabad — a second engineering market we draw from for senior talent, with the same standards and engineering culture.
Department leadership presence: rotating G9 / G10 engineers in residence each quarter, plus department-lead office hours for the embedded squad.
