Yes — though we usually frame it as 'reimplement on Lightning' rather than 'migrate to Lightning' once we've audited the org. Classic-era automation and code rarely survives a clean Lightning conversion; the discipline is to take the migration as an opportunity to clean up, with explicit data preservation and documented rollback per workload.
Both. Greenfield Salesforce implementations land in 4–8 months for mid-market scope. Existing-org work is typically remediation (org cleanup, technical-debt reduction) or major reimplementation — we tell you which is appropriate during the assessment.
