This Privacy Policy describes how Prosigns (“Prosigns,” “we,” “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you visit prosigns.io, fill out a form, or otherwise interact with our sales, engagement, and support processes.

Prosigns is committed to data minimization, purpose-limited processing, and transparent disclosure. This policy applies to all regions where we operate, with region-specific addenda for visitors subject to GDPR, CCPA, and PIPEDA where applicable.

We collect personal information in three categories:

• Information you provide. Name, work email, company, role, project context, and any free-text details you submit through our contact, lead, or proposal forms.
• Automatic information. IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, page views, and interaction events collected through analytics.
• Engagement information. If you become a client, we collect contract, billing, and project-related information necessary to deliver the engagement.

We do not collect special categories of personal data (race, religion, health, biometrics, etc.) through public website forms.

We use personal information for the following purposes:

• Responding to inquiries and qualifying engagements
• Delivering contracted services and meeting SLAs
• Improving website and product experiences via analytics
• Sending operational and (with consent) marketing communications
• Compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers — vetted vendors (HubSpot, Vercel, Sanity, etc.) acting under contractual data-processing agreements.
• Professional advisors — legal, accounting, and audit firms under confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities — when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights or those of others.

A current subprocessor list is published in the Trust Center and updated quarterly.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information. EU/UK residents have additional rights under GDPR; California residents under CCPA; Canadian residents under PIPEDA.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes stated in this policy or as required by law. Lead form submissions are retained for three years from last interaction; client engagement records are retained per contractual terms and applicable regulatory minimums.

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards: TLS 1.3 in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging, and ongoing penetration testing. Our broader security posture is documented in the Trust Center.
